If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to make it right.
To be eligible for a review, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition
- Item must be unused and unaltered
- You must provide proof of purchase
Once your request is received and reviewed, our team will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Resolution options may include store credit, exchange, or replacement at our discretion.
Please note: Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to guarantee monetary refunds. All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
